Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated. You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current active period.
Advance payments reserve our team's time and are non-refundable once work has begun. Milestone payments are non-refundable for milestones already delivered and approved.
One-time software licenses are non-refundable after the license key or files have been delivered.
